Minot

Minot's most recent history was as host to a fearsome Sabbat Presence, where Ex-Justicar Lucian was held captive. Since then the Camarilla has routed out the Sabbat presence of this city, but the mortal population was so devastated by the efforts that no sect has claimed the domain since.

With the oil boom the city has taken a dark turn with brutal crime and cost of living on the rise. What was hoped to aid in rebuilding the city and bringing it to a state of glory has instead consumed the town.
