City Description:
Whapeton was once ruled by an evil Emperor who terrorized his citizens until being put to death in Fargo for crimes within the domain. After Emperor Cypher it was taken over by Prince Valentine who did what he could but the loss of Cypher upset a delicate power struggle with an elder Autarkis and his control over the domain was never solid.
In these modern nights Prince Mchale Scotch has taken control of the domain, the Autarkis has either been subdued or moved on. Nobody is really sure, but Prince Scotch is unconcerned.
